You can always find the applicable terms and conditions on this page. In addition, reference is made to the general Greenlandic rules of purchase and contract law, including the rules on consumer purchases.  <\/p><h3>General information<\/h3><p>Meqqusaalik.gl<\/p><p>KNI A\/S<\/p><p>J.M. The products on Meqqusaalik.gl are intended exclusively for consumers who make a purchase for purposes that cannot be attributed to their commercial or professional activities.  <\/p><h3><strong>Prices<\/strong><\/h3><p>All prices are in Danish kroner and include taxes. We reserve the right for possible price differences between our retailers and Meqqusaalik.gl.  <\/p><h3><strong>Cost of delivery<\/strong><\/h3><p>Delivery costs are charged per package and vary depending on the number of items, type of goods, weight, and volume. The delivery costs are calculated and shown before the purchase is completed. We strive to pack the order in as few packages as possible.   <\/p><h3><strong>Click &amp; Collect<\/strong><\/h3><p>If you live in Sisimiut, you can make use of Click &amp; Collect at our Meqqusaalik flagship store. Here, you place and pay for your order online. Your order will then be ready for collection the following day from 12:00 noon.   <\/p><p>We pack orders every weekday<\/p><ol><li>Order easily from your desktop, tablet, or smartphone.<\/li><li>Pay for your goods in advance and skip the queue.<\/li><li>Your goods will be ready for collection the following day at 12:00 noon in the Meqqusaalik flagship store. <\/li><\/ol><p>Since the goods are collected in our store, the same terms apply as when you shop physically in our store.<\/p><h3><strong>Stock<\/strong><\/h3><p>When you shop on Meqqusaalik.gl, the stock balance is checked twice: when the product is placed in the shopping cart and when the order is confirmed. We always strive to display the correct stock balance, but in some cases discrepancies may occur between the displayed stock status and the actual stock availability. This is due to the fact that not all pages are updated at the same intervals, and therefore you may experience being unable to complete a purchase.   <\/p><h3><strong>Payment<\/strong><\/h3><p>Payment can be made with the following issued payment cards: MasterCard, VISA-Dankort, Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, and MobilePay. The amount will be reserved on your account when the order is placed on Meqqusaalik.gl. However, we will not charge your account until the goods are dispatched to the specified delivery address. For partial deliveries, only the amount corresponding to the actual delivery will be charged. If it turns out that, contrary to expectations, we are unable to deliver all or part of your order, you will only be charged for the actual delivery.<br>The invoice will be sent by e-mail. The invoice does not contain sensitive information. However, it will always show which card the payment was made with and by whom.        <\/p><p>When making a payment, the transfer of your card information and the agreed purchase amount will take place in encrypted form via approved Quickpay software. Meqqusaalik.gl does not store your information. We use encryption so that your information is protected against third parties. We can never withdraw more than the amount you have accepted when placing your order.<br>Legally, you are entitled to a refund if:     <\/p><ul><li>Good cannot be delivered<\/li><li>You make use of your right of withdrawal \u2013 see the section below.<\/li><li>Money is withdrawn from your account without your prior consent.<\/li><\/ul><p> <\/p><h3><strong>Delivery<\/strong><\/h3><p>Delivery is only available to addresses in Greenland and Denmark. Additional information will be provided when you complete your order.  <\/p><p>The freight company handling the delivery is Tusass. Shipments will be made by air. With this delivery method, a track &amp; trace number will be provided upon request, allowing you to follow your shipment.   <\/p><p>Collection at Meqqusaalik\u2019s flagship store in Sisimiut is also an available option.<\/p><p>When the goods are dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with an invoice for the items shipped. If we are unable to send all of your items at the same time, you will only receive an invoice for the items that have been dispatched. When the remaining items are shipped, you will receive a separate invoice for them.   <\/p><h3><strong>Delivery time<\/strong><\/h3><p>The delivery time follows Tusass\u2019 applicable delivery times.<\/p><h3><strong>Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/h3><p>According to the Consumer Contracts Act, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving the goods. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your item or when your item arrives at the place of delivery. If your order consists of several parts, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you take physical possession of the last part of the order.   <\/p><p>If you regret your purchase, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You can do this by writing to <a href=\"mailto:meqqusaalik@kni.g\">meqqusaalik@kni.gl<\/a>. In your message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.   <\/p><h3><strong>Partial Withdrawal<\/strong><\/h3><p>Meqqusaalik gives you the option to partially withdraw from your purchase. Please note that delivery costs will not be refunded if you have purchased several items in one order and wish to withdraw from only part of the order.  <\/p><h3><strong>Returns<\/strong><\/h3><p>If you wish to return an item purchased on Meqqusaalik.gl or in the Meqqusaalik flagship store in Sisimiut, you have two options. You can either bring the item to the Meqqusaalik flagship store in Sisimiut, or you can send the item to Meqqusaalik\u2019s head office. Always remember to bring or enclose your invoice when returning the item either in the flagship store in Sisimiut or when sending it to Meqqusaalik\u2019s head office.   <\/p><p>You must return your item to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. This notification must be sent to us via <a href=\"mailto:meqqusaalik@kni.gl\">meqqusaalik@kni.gl<\/a>. <br>You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation, and the processing will be faster if you also complete and enclose our return form.<br>You are responsible for paying the direct costs associated with returning the item. You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back. We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery (COD).      <\/p><p> <\/p><p>Return address is:<\/p><p>KNI A\/S<\/p><p>Postbox 319<\/p><p>3911 Sisimiut<\/p><p>Att: Meqqusaalik<\/p><h3><strong>Condition of the item when you return it<\/strong><\/h3><p>The item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it. This means it must be in a saleable condition as new. You may examine the item in the same way as you would in a physical store, but the item must not be put into use.    <\/p><p>If you have tested the item in a way other than described above, and this has resulted in a reduction in value, you are responsible for this and will only be refunded part of the purchase amount.<\/p><p>All items must be returned with their original tags and, if applicable, in the original packaging. If you choose packaging other than the original and damage occurs during transport, you are liable for the damage.  <\/p><h3><strong>Reimbursement of the Purchase Price<\/strong><\/h3><p>If you withdraw from your purchase, the amount you have paid to us will be refunded. In the event of a reduction in value for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted from the purchase price.  <\/p><p>If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and in any case no later than 30 days from the date on which we received notice of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. Such a refund will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.  <\/p><p>Note: You are not entitled to a refund of delivery costs in the event of a partial withdrawal of your purchase.<\/p><p>We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation beforehand that the item has been returned.<\/p><h3><strong>Complaints<\/strong><\/h3><p>You have a 2-year right to submit a claim from the date of receipt of the item. This means that you may complain about defects or deficiencies that appear up to 2 years after you received the item.  <\/p><p>You may have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the claim is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.  <\/p><p>You must submit a complaint within a \u201creasonable time\u201d after discovering the defect in the item. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be considered timely. Complaints may be made to customer service at the Meqqusaalik flagship store in Sisimiut or by writing to: <a href=\"mailto:meqqusaalik@kni.gl-imut\">meqqusaalik@kni.gl<\/a>.   <\/p><h3><strong>Transport Damage<\/strong><\/h3><p>When you receive your goods, we encourage you to check the package for any visible damage. If the packaging is damaged or shows other visible signs of defect, you should sign the delivery note with a reservation for possible damage to the contents. You may also refuse to accept the goods. Please contact customer service as soon as possible at <a href=\"mailto:meqqusaalik@kni.gl\">meqqusaalik@kni.gl<\/a> and inform us that you have refused the delivery.    <\/p><h3><strong>Procedure for Defective Goods<\/strong><\/h3><p>If you wish to submit a complaint via Meqqusaalik.gl customer service, you must always provide the order number, product type, and a brief description of the defect. You will then be contacted regarding the next steps. Contact us via <a href=\"mailto:meqqusaalik@kni.gl\">meqqusaalik@kni.gl<\/a> or by phone at +299 862 400 during the hours: Monday \u2013 Friday, 8:00 \u2013 16:00.   <\/p><h3><strong>Right of Appeal<\/strong><\/h3><p>You have the option to have a complaint processed by contacting us in writing at <a href=\"mailto:meqqusaalik@kni.gl\">meqqusaalik@kni.gl<\/a>. In addition, you may submit a complaint to the Greenlandic Consumer and Competition Authority via <a href=\"https:\/\/aua.gl\/\">https:\/\/aua.gl<\/a>.  <\/p><h3><strong>Legal Venue \/ Jurisdiction<\/strong><\/h3><p>The terms and conditions of purchase and delivery for Meqqusaalik.gl are governed by Greenlandic law, and any dispute between the buyer and Meqqusaalik.gl arising from the buyer\u2019s purchase of goods from Meqqusaalik.gl shall be settled by the courts of Greenland.<\/p><h3><strong>Privacy Policy<\/strong><\/h3><p>The following explains how KNI A\/S uses the personal data that you leave behind and\/or provide when you visit our website, Meqqusaalik.gl, and when you use the various services available on the website.<\/p><h3><strong>1. Collection of Personal Data<\/strong><\/h3><p>You will always be informed in advance before we collect personal data about you.
