If you wish to return an item purchased on Meqqusaalik.gl or at the Meqqusaalik flagship store in Sisimiut, you have two options. You can either bring the item to the Meqqusaalik flagship store in Sisimiut, or send the item to Meqqusaalik’s head office. Always remember to bring or enclose your invoice, whether returning in person at the flagship store in Sisimiut or sending it to Meqqusaalik’s head office.<\/p>

You must return the item to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You notify us of this via shop@meqqusaalik.gl<\/a>. Please enclose a copy of your order confirmation \u2013 processing will be faster if you also fill in and enclose our return form. You must cover the direct costs of returning the item yourself. You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we have received your return. We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.<\/p>

Condition of the item when you return it<\/h2>

The item must be returned in the same condition you received it. This means it must be in as-new, resalable condition. You may try the item on in the same way you would when inspecting it in a physical store, but it must not have been used.<\/p>

If you have tried the item in a way other than described above, resulting in a loss of value, you are liable for this and will only receive a partial refund of the purchase amount.<\/p>
