Ulannaq is a retro-design wool-rich roll-neck. It’s inspired by the chunky knitwear popular in Greenland in the 1940s, with patterns inspired by the Norwegian and Icelandic knitting traditions. The knits were typically seen at harbours and in the wilderness, and were popular because they were practical, warm and ideal for the Arctic climate.
Our modern version is knitted from a wool/acrylic blend for added durability.
