HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM TO MEQQUSAALIK
It is important to us that you are happy with your new Meqqusaalik outdoor wear. If the size, style or colour of the item is not right, you are always welcome to return the product for a full refund. Simply follow these instructions:
1. SEND AN EMAIL TO CUSTOMER SERVICE
If you change your mind about your purchase, you must contact us within 14 days from receipt of your order. Please send an email to our customer service at meqqusaalik@kni.gl explaining that you wish to return one or more items.
2. COMPLETE A RETURN SLIP
Complete the return slip that was enclosed with your order. Mark the item(s) you wish to return as well as the reason. All items must be returned with their original labels.
3. PACK THE ITEM(S) SECURELY
Your return items must be packed securely, preferably in the same packaging your order arrived in. Remember to enclose the return slip.
4. ADD AN ADDRES LABEL OR SHIPPING LABEL
Take the address label that came with your order and attach it to your parcel.
If you need to return a package from Denmark to Greenland, you must buy a shipping label via PostNord and attach it to the package. You can choose to have the return package shipped or flown. Please note that sending a package by ship takes longer than sending a package by plane.
Please also note that you need to fill out a customs declaration form. You can read more about this on PostNord’s website here.
5. SEND THE PARCEL
Send the parcel from the post office nearest you. You must pay the shipping costs yourself. We will send confirmation as soon as we have received the return package.
