Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to all settlements in Greenland.
How does delivery work?
Tusass takes care of handling and delivery of all orders. You can always track your package by entering the tracking number for your order in the Track & Trace service on the Tusass website here.
What if my order has been shipped but has not arrived?

How do I return an item?
If the size, style or colour of the item is not right, you are always welcome to return the product for a full refund. See how to return your Meqqusaalik item here.
What if I regret my purchase?
According to Greenlandic consumer legislation you are entitled to a cooling-off period of 14 days during which you may cancel your purchase after you have received your order. The cooling-off period expires 14 days after the day on which you received your order or your order reaches the place of delivery.
Do I have to pay postage costs if I regret my purchase?
Yes, if you return an item, you must cover the cost of return postage.
Can I return an item at Meqqusaalik’s flagship store in Sisimiut?
Yes, you are always welcome to bring the item you wish to return to the Meqqusaalik flagship store in Sisimiut. Just remember to bring your purchase order/order acknowledgement or your store receipt.
How and when do I get my money back?
We will refund the amount no later than 30 days from the date when you informed us that you wish to return an item. We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly given your consent for an alternative means of payment. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, that amount will be deducted from the amount paid.
ORDERS
How do I know my order has gone through?
When you make a purchase on Meqqusaalik.gl, we check item availability twice: 1) when the item is placed in the basket and 2) when the order is confirmed. As a matter of course, we make every effort to display the number of items currently available in stock. However, occasionally there may be some discrepancy between the advertised availability and the quantity actually held in stock. This is because not all pages are refreshed at the same interval, which means that you may be unable to complete your purchase.
CLAIMS FOR DEFECTS
How do I submit a claim for a defect?
You can submit a claim for a defect either by visiting the Meqqusaalik flagship store in Sisimiut or by sending an email to customer service at meqqusaalik@kni.gl. Describe the defect and attach any photos of the item and of the defect. We will then review the claim and get back to you as soon as we can.
DISCOUNT CODE OR GIFT VOUCHER
How do I use a discount code or gift voucher?
Just enter the discount or gift voucher code at the top of the page where you enter your contact details and payment information. The discount/amount will be deducted automatically.
